We offer a Bespoke Component service offering products via various manufacturing methods including turned and machined, laser and waterjet cutting, wire cutting, stampings, pressings, forgings and injection moulding in all grades of raw material and in batch sizes ranging from a 1 off prototype to a million off and above.
We also supply standard ‘off the shelf’ products such as bearings, sealing products, adhesives, pipe fittings and hydraulic fittings to various specifications, fasteners and fixings.
In addition we are also equipped to provide a breakdown service offering either repairs to existing components or completely new replacements made in a very quick time frame, sometimes 24 hours, this enables our customers to limit the disruption to their business due to downtime.
All products supplied are from audited manufacturers with a minimum ISO9001 accreditation, all components are internally inspected and can be supplied with ISIRs, PPAP to level 3, 3.1 MTCs and certificate of conformity.

We can work from either a drawing, Step/3D CAD file or even a sample. Our technical team will then review to confirm we have all the necessary information.
We then formulate our most competitive quotation and present this to you for your approval.
Upon receipt of your order samples will be produced and submitted for your approval prior to bulk production.
Upon approval of samples bulk production will be manufactured in accordance to your required specification and delivery date.
All components follow the same internal inspection to confirm they conform to the required specification; all requested documentation is then produced.
All orders are packed to offer maximum protection during transportation. We also offer specific packaging requirements and assembly at your request.
All goods are delivered using our dedicated courier and freight partners.
Your stock can be held at our own warehouse and picked and delivered to meet your scheduled requirements.
